- Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant – Customer Support (International Non-Voice)
- Location: Electronic City, Phase 1, Bangalore (Strictly Work from Office)
- Shift Timings: US Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, and other written communication channels.
- Process customer information, applications, and transactions accurately.
- Perform data entry, document verification, and back-office tasks.
- Maintain proper records and update information in internal systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Required Skills

- Good written communication skills in English.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
