We are a sheet metal (Mild Steel and Stainless Steel) CNC fabrication company based in Ernakulam, operating since 2009 across two sites. We manufacture to customer drawings for a steady base of industrial clients. We are hiring for two positions to strengthen our production team:

- Production Engineer — hands-on shop-floor role
- Production Planner / Coordinator — planning and coordination role

Production Engineer: Freshers to 7 years experience

- Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer delivery timelines
- Work with laser cutting, punching, bending, welding (MIG/TIG), and assembly processes, and improve how they run




- Create and manage CAD/CAM programs, drawings, and process sheets
- Monitor machine condition, coordinate maintenance, and reduce downtime
- Ensure jobs meet drawing specifications through in-process checks and corrective action
- Supervise machine operators, welders, and assembly staff
- Track material from receipt through to dispatch, including raw material, consumables, and tooling
- Maintain shop-floor safety and housekeeping standards

You should have:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering — fresh graduates welcome
- Candidates with backlogs or back papers are welcome, please mention this upfront so we can assess fairly
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to be on the shop floor
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Bonus if you know (not essential — training provided):

- CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- CNC laser / punch press / press brake programming
- MIG/TIG welding, spot welding, sheet metal assembly

Also we are looking for Production Planner / Coordinator : someone with 3+ years experience. Candidates with 7+ years and team leadership background may be considered for a Senior Production Manager position with a higher compensation package.





- Plan and schedule production across our two sites to meet delivery commitments
- Coordinate between procurement, quality, maintenance, and dispatch so work flows without hold-ups
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
- Track and report on delivery performance, rework, and scrap
- Support and mentor shop-floor teams
- Identify practical cost reductions without compromising quality
- Maintain production records, reports, and standard procedures

You should have:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years in production planning, shop-floor coordination, or similar role in any manufacturing environment. Sheet metal experience is helpful but not required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP / MRP experience is a plus
- The ability to organise information clearly and keep people coordinated
- Location: Ernakulam, Kerala — must be able to commute reliably or relocate before starting
- Full-time, day shift with flexibility for extended hours as per production requirements
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
