Finance + Administration Lead
Location: Onsite — Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Role: Own the finance, compliance, and administration function for India operations.
Education: MBA Finance - Only.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Background: USA & India IT companies experience only
- Reporting: Direct reporting experience to MD/CEO is mandatory
- Location: Onsite — Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Finance & Accounting: India accounting oversight with day-to-day support from an existing team member.
GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance.
US accounting coordination via QuickBooks.
Financial reporting to the CEO.
Compliance & Documents: Ensure every document is current, approved, and audit-ready.
Liaison with auditors and legal counsel.
Administration: Coimbatore office operations, vendor management, travel logistics, CEO visit support, and HR administrative coordination.
