Job Description

SiliconMinds Technologies is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Embedded Systems Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in embedded systems, microcontrollers, firmware development, and hands-on hardware projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Embedded Systems fundamentals and microcontroller programming.
- Teach C programming, Embedded C, and firmware development.
- Explain microprocessor and microcontroller architectures, including ARM-based controllers.
- Train students in peripheral interfacing, including GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, and PWM.
- Provide practical demonstrations using embedded development boards and hardware components.
- Guide students in firmware debugging and hardware-software integration.
- Introduce RTOS concepts, device drivers, and real-time embedded applications.
- Mentor students in mini-projects and industry-oriented projects.
- Prepare training materials, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide technical guidance.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of C programming and Embedded C.
- Understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and embedded system architecture.
- Knowledge of ARM architecture and embedded development boards.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Basic knowledge of RTOS, firmware debugging, and device drivers is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Educational Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in ECE, EEE, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, or Embedded Software are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and practical project knowledge can also apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work full-time in Visakhapatnam.
