Job Description – MEP Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong exposure to interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising MEP installation works, coordinating with interior and civil teams, ensuring quality execution, and completing project activities as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
- Monitor the installation of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, as applicable to the project.
- Review MEP layouts, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, civil teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with false ceilings, partitions, flooring, and other interior elements.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
- Ensure that all installations comply with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline as per project requirements.
- 6–8 years of relevant MEP engineering experience.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out projects is required.
- Strong understanding of MEP services coordination with interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project location in Bangalore.
