We are looking for energetic, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executives to expand our client base through direct field sales.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including retail stores, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, real estate companies, startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct direct field visits, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Generate qualified leads and secure service orders.
- Promote our complete range of services, including:
- Branding, graphic design, and creative services
- Printing, packaging, signage, and promotional materials
- Website, mobile app, and software development
- Digital marketing, social media, and advertising
- AI solutions, automation, and business technology
- Photography, videography, ad films, and media production
- Events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.




- Negotiate project requirements and pricing within company guidelines.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and regular activity reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in field sales, business development, B2B sales, or service sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet business owners and corporate decision-makers confidently.
- Basic understanding of branding, printing, marketing, digital services, or technology is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Familiarity with the Kochi business market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Candidates with strong sales abilities from other industries may also apply.
