We are looking for a Siebel Developer with hands-on experience in Siebel CRM. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a hybrid mode, contributing remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Configuring and customizing Siebel applications.
- Managing account and contact information effectively.
- Implementing Assistant Agent Billing Care functionalities.
- Developing Siebel CRM scripts and working with Open UI.
- Overseeing CRM Order Management, CSW & EAI components.
- Managing Siebel Workforce and Field Service.
- Creating Siebel BI Publisher Reports.
- Ensuring expertise in the latest Siebel Version (20.xxxx and above).
- Experience in Telecom sector is crucial.
Required Skills
The following skills are essential:
- Extensive experience in Siebel Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM functionalities.
- Experience with Telecom applications.
Good to Have Skills
Candidates with knowledge in RODOD Implementation will be given preference.

This position is available for any location in India, with preferred locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, and Gurgaon.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
