Job Summary

Shreeyash Stainless Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with practical experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm are required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST and TDS/TCS compliance, account reconciliation, financial documentation, and supporting tax-related activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and pass accounting entries in Tally.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting financial documents.
- Prepare and manage GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-7, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and GSTR-9E, as applicable.
- Calculate, reconcile, and manage TDS/TCS payments and return filings.




- Assist with GST and other tax reconciliations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare accounting reports, statements, and financial documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, tax documents, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) transactions and related documentation.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of returns and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and tax consultants as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- Positive working knowledge of Tally and accounting entries.
