Café Manager & Waiter / Service Staff

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on position, experience, and skills)

Job Description:

Prime Source Group is hiring motivated hospitality professionals for café operations. We are looking for candidates with experience in cafés, specialty coffee shops, premium cafés, and casual dining establishments.

Café Manager

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage service staff, duty schedules, and team performance.
- Monitor sales, inventory, billing, and operational costs.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams.
- Handle customer feedback and implement service SOPs.
- Train staff and maintain qualified service standards.

Waiter / Service Staff

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for timely service.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and café hygiene.




- Assist with billing and handle guest requests professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in cafés, coffee shops, or casual dining establishments preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
- POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
- Manager candidates must have leadership and operational management skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on role and experience.
- Working hours: 9 hours per day.
- Weekly offs: 4 days per month.
