Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, social media, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for IT and Non-IT job openings.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant recruitment experience may apply.
- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and job portals.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday weekly off
