Izago Immigration is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals who have prior work experience in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of immigration processes, visa applications, client counseling, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration programs, visa options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about immigration services.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways based on their requirements.
- Manage documentation, application preparation, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into clients, and achieve assigned sales targets where applicable.
- Maintain client records, application status updates, and CRM data.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa requirements, and procedural changes.
- Ensure professional client handling and a high standard of service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous work experience in the immigration, visa consultancy,



or overseas education and immigration industry is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant immigration industry experience will not be considered.
- Prior experience working with an immigration consultancy or a similar organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, immigration documentation, and client counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
- A target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and conversion skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling immigration cases for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, or Europe.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
