- Carry out daily inspection and preventive maintenance of electric go-karts.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical components including brakes, steering, suspension, wheels, tyres, bearings, chains, shafts and other assemblies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and electrical issues in electric gokarts.
- Perform routine checks of motors, wiring, connectors, controllers, batteries and charging systems under supervision.
- Diagnose and report faults in go-karts and ensure timely repairs.
- Carry out brake adjustment, tyre replacement, wheel alignment and mechanical adjustments as required.
- Maintain go-karts in protected and reliable operating condition before and during operations.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation safety inspections.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, breakdowns and spare parts used.
- Keep the workshop, tools and maintenance area clean and organised.
- Follow all workshop, electrical and operational safety procedures.
- Support the operations team during high-traffic periods and promptly attend to kart breakdowns on the track.
- Perform any other technical/maintenance duties related to the Go-Karting facility as assigned.
