Job Summary

Medcity International Academy, Kannur, is looking for a CRO cum Front Office Executive to manage front-office operations, handle student and parent enquiries, and support customer relations and admissions.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, a customer-friendly attitude, and good follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily front-office and reception activities.
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about courses, fees, batches, schedules, and academy facilities.
- Follow up with prospective students and leads.
- Support student counselling and admission-related activities.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, admission,



and customer records.
- Handle student and parent queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with trainers and branch staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with seminars, events, promotional activities, and student engagement programs.
- Prepare basic reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Maintain a neat and professional front-office environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
