The Purchase Executive is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the procurement department. The primary scope includes managing the end-to-end supply chain for fan manufacturing components, optimizing procurement costs through market analysis, and ensuring 100% material availability to meet high-volume production targets.

Role Description:
The Purchase Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the consumer durables market. By ensuring the cost-effective sourcing of high-quality raw materials, this position directly impacts the organization’s bottom-line profitability and production efficiency. The role bridges the gap between external vendors and internal production teams, ensuring that supply chain stability supports the company's production.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* : Develop and execute monthly and quarterly procurement schedules based on production forecasts and Bill of Materials (BOM).
* : Identify, evaluate, and on board reliable suppliers for required raw materials essential for day to day operations.
* : Execute the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including PO issuance, payment follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the factory.

Monitor daily fluctuations in LME/local market rates for raw materials to time bulk purchases effectively and minimize price variance.
* : Coordinate with warehouse Executives to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing both overstocking and production "stock-outs."
* : Ensure all inbound logistics comply with GST regulations, E-way bill requirements, and internal quality check (QC) protocols.
* Manage daily follow-ups with local vendors while handling the additional pressure of urgent procurement requests during peak seasonal production surges.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of core experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within the Electrical, Home Appliances, or Motor Engineering sectors.
Required Qualification:
* Education: Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or Engineering (B.Tech/Diploma).
* Desired Certification: A Post-Graduate Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Materials Management is highly preferred.
* Specific Skills: Expert proficiency in SCM Software’s like Tally Prime and proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
