Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and child-focused Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the pre-primary section. The candidate will ensure effective curriculum implementation, support teachers, maintain a nurturing learning environment, and promote the overall development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the pre-primary section.
- Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers to improve classroom effectiveness.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Organise academic activities, celebrations, events, and parent engagement programmes.
- Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall developmental milestones.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' progress and developmental needs.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, assessment reports,



and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with the Principal and academic team to implement school policies and academic goals.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / NTT / ECCE qualification preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pre-primary teaching or coordination.
- Prior experience in a reputed school in a coordinator or leadership role will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent classroom management and teacher mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
- Solid organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining academic records and using basic computer applications.
- A patient, creative, and child-centric approach to teaching and learning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, academically sound, and passionate about early childhood education, with the ability to lead a team of teachers and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
