Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer queries related to insurance policies, renewals, premiums, claims, and policy documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information, policy records, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals, pending documents, premium payments, and other service requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, insurers, brokers, sales teams, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers with claims-related queries and coordinate with the relevant claims team for updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular CRM reports.




- Support customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant insurance products, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.
- Proactively communicate policy updates, renewal reminders, and service-related information to customers.

Working Days - Mon to Sat

Weekoffs - 1st and 3rd Sat off and Sun OFF

Timing - 9am to 6pm

Location - Ghatkoper East

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
