About Zorba Estates
Zorba Estates is a real estate company based in Bengaluru, helping clients find suitable properties for buying, selling, and renting.
We are looking for a Field Officer to help us identify properties available for sale or rent in different areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will visit assigned locations, interact with property owners, collect basic information, and share property details with our team.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and identify properties available for sale or rent.
- Speak with property owners and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as location, property type, expected price or rent,
and owner contact information.
- Take property photos and share them with the internal team.
- Maintain records of properties identified during field visits.
- Provide regular updates on field activities and coordinate with the team.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th standard qualification.
- Comfortable travelling to different areas of Bengaluru.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, and performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
- Petrol allowance provided by the company for fieldwork.
