This is an on-site role at our manufacturing plant in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai. Applicants must be comfortable working at this location and willing to relocate to Khopoli, Raigad, when operations move.

Candidates with immediate or short notice periods and an interest in a long-term career with the organisation will be preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive with sound knowledge of banking operations, bank reconciliation and accounting to support our manufacturing finance team.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the finance leadership, with a primary focus on banking and reconciliations, along with responsibilities in day-to-day accounting, tax compliance support, financial closing and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Reconciliation

Prepare timely bank reconciliation statements, investigate discrepancies and coordinate the closure of outstanding entries.

Assist with banking transactions, payment processing and related documentation.

Track bank receipts, payments and charges, ensuring accurate recording in the accounting system.

Reconcile vendor, customer and general ledger accounts and follow up on pending differences.

Support cash flow tracking and payment planning.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate accounting records.

Prepare journal entries, scrutinise ledgers and maintain supporting documentation.





Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and coordinate payment and collection updates.

Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing and the preparation of financial statements.

Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries and schedules for management review.

Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, as assigned.

Assist with inventory reconciliation, cost records and manufacturing-related reports.

Compliance & Audit Support

Prepare workings and supporting documentation for GST, TDS and other applicable tax compliance.

Maintain audit schedules and records and assist in resolving audit queries.

Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors and consultants as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter, semi-qualified CA/CMA or qualified CMA will be preferred.

Additional relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.

Experience & Required Skills

2–3years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, including banking operations and reconciliations.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Relevant CA/CMA articleship or audit experience involving manufacturing clients may also be considered.

Working knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, financial closing and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including reconciliation and data analysis.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems or accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and explicit communication.

Ability to investigate discrepancies, coordinate follow-ups and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
