Job Title: Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate (F&B; GSA)

Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / F&B; Manager

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate (F&B; GSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, handling guest queries or complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

· Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

· Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.





· Handle guest complaints.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification preferred).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
