Job Title: Marketing Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Highlark Traders in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. This is a full-time, in office position for a candidate who understands digital marketing, online advertising, website marketing, and e-commerce sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Manage advertising campaigns, budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Support website marketing and SEO activities for www.highlark.in to improve organic traffic and sales.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Plan promotional campaigns, discounts, product launches, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, sales performance,



ROAS, and other marketing metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to improve product visibility and overall sales.
- Prepare campaign reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and digital advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of website SEO, keyword research, and website conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or online marketplaces is preferred.
