Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across corporate facilities in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for EHS compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident management, emergency preparedness, statutory compliance, and driving a strong safety culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
Conduct EHS audits,
inspections, and risk assessments.
Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance activities.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct mock drills.
Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
Monitor environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with facility management teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related discipline.
7+ years of EHS experience in corporate facilities, commercial buildings, or integrated facilities management.
Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.
