Qualifications and skills:

· Graduate preferred; strong relevant field-sales performance may outweigh degree specialization.

· 3–5 years of demonstrable sales/field marketing experience in Kaya, VLCC, dermatologist-led aesthetic clinics, beauty/wellness chains, premium salons or beauty-product companies.

· Existing relationships with gyms, salons, corporate HR teams or local community organisers are an advantage.

· Confident communicator in Bengali, Hindi and working English; comfortable with on-ground events and local travel.

· Good follow-up discipline, presentable skilled manner and working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.

· Must be able to show previous targets, partnerships developed, leads generated and business converted.

Key responsibilities:

· Build and maintain partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, premium salons, beauty academies, residential communities, corporates, women’s groups and suitable local businesses.

· Plan and execute dermatologist-approved skin and hair awareness sessions, consultations drives, kiosks, and community/corporate events; coordinate doctors and clinic operations for delivery.

· Promote approved clinic services including laser hair reduction, dermatologist-led skin and hair consultations and other available aesthetic treatments; use only approved claims and materials.

· Generate qualified leads,



schedule consultations with the clinic team and follow up through approved systems to improve attendance and conversion.

· Develop referral and repeat-engagement opportunities through ethical partnerships without inappropriate inducements or patient-data sharing.

· Map the catchment area, competitor activities, relevant events and potential high-value local alliances.

· Coordinate with digital marketing, front office, call centre and clinicians to ensure campaign enquiries are handled promptly.

· Maintain a daily visit and lead tracker, partner pipeline, event costs, appointments attended, treatment revenue attribution and weekly action plan.

· Ensure medical claims, promotional offers, patient consent, privacy and referral activities follow clinic policy and applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
