We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Development Lead to drive technical development, integrations, team leadership, and ERP transformation initiatives within a global organization. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on ABAP development skills, experience in manufacturing or process industries, and the ability to lead international technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA development, enhancements, integrations, and technical delivery.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Drive performance optimization, code quality, and SAP development best practices.
- Promote SAP BTP, Clean Core, automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams.
- Support S/4HANA upgrades, transformation, and global rollout projects.

Mandatory Skills





- 8+ years of SAP development experience and 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in ABAP, Contemporary ABAP (7.6+), ABAP OO, and ABAP on HANA.
- Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData, SAP Gateway, and SAPUI5.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integrations, performance tuning, and Clean Core principles.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and cloud-based development.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
- Experience working with large multinational organizations and international teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA upgrades and transformation programs.
- SAP BTP extensions, DevOps, automation, and AI-driven development.
- Global SAP rollout experience.

Pay: ₹675,000.00 - ₹1,040,000.00 per year
