About the Role
The CRM Manager owns every customer's journey after booking: documentation, home-loan processing, payment collection, agreements and possession. The role leads the CRM executive team and reports directly to management with regular MIS reports.
We are looking for an organised, customer-focused leader who can keep collections on track and every customer informed.
Key Responsibilities
Customer journey after booking
- Issue welcome letters and complete booking documentation for every new customer on time.
- Manage each stage of the process: booking amount, loan documents, loan eligibility, agreement, loan sanction and disbursal.
- Coordinate with banks and loan agents for home-loan sanction and timely disbursal.
- Prepare and track builder-buyer agreements, allotment letters and possession formalities.
Collections
- Track demand letters, payment schedules and due amounts for all customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and meet monthly collection targets.
- Reconcile customer receipts with the accounts team.
Customer service
- Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints, and resolve them within agreed timelines.
- Keep customers updated on construction progress, payment milestones and possession dates.
- Handle cancellations, transfers and refund requests as per company policy.
Team and reporting
- Lead, train and review the CRM executive team, with clear daily targets.
- Keep all customer records,
remarks and follow-up dates updated in the CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on collections, loan status, pending documents and complaints for management.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal and site teams for smooth handover.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have
- MBA, preferably in Marketing, Operations or Finance.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate CRM or post-sales, including at least 2 years managing a team.
- Strong working knowledge of home-loan processes and bank coordination.
- Understanding of booking documents, builder-buyer agreements and RERA basics.
- Good command of MS Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and MIS reports.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Fluent spoken Hindi and good written and spoken English.
Good to have
- Experience handling collections for residential projects in Jaipur.
- Working contacts with banks and housing finance companies.
Personal qualities
- Organised, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Calm and polite in handling customer complaints.
- Able to lead a team and hold it to targets.
