Job description:

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during all stages of construction.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Verify material consumption and maintain material records.
- Assist in quantity estimation and billing measurements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Report project updates, issues, and delays to senior engineers.
- Maintain project-related documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
