Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise material loading and unloading as per BOM and packing list.
- Prepare and submit inward and outward documents to the Accounts Team.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements.
- Update the Project Team on vehicle arrival, loading status, and dispatch.
- Arrange and manage loaders for loading and unloading activities.
- Track and maintain warehouse material stock availability using inward and outward data.
- Ensure proper material handling and timely dispatch.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field (preferred).
- Knowledge of BOM, packing lists, and material documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Must be currently based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
