Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Marina Mall, OMR. The ideal candidate should have a background in the food industry, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Actively engage with customers and explain products to encourage sales.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer their queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk/shop.
- Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support daily sales operations and maintain product displays.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in the food industry, such as a food kiosk, restaurant, café, or food shop, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Active engagement with customers and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
