Outbound Sales Executive – IT Services

Job Description
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive – IT Services to identify potential business clients, initiate outbound sales conversations, generate qualified opportunities, and promote the company's IT services to businesses seeking technology solutions.

The role involves cold calling, B2B prospecting, lead qualification, client outreach, service pitching, follow-ups, and converting prospects into paying clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to achieve daily outreach and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential businesses that may require IT services and technology solutions
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, business directories, Google Maps, and other prospecting channels
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and relevant decision-makers to introduce the company's IT services
- Conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements, business challenges, project needs, and technology-related goals
- Pitch services such as website development, software development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and other IT services offered by the company
- Explain the benefits of relevant IT solutions and identify prospects with genuine business requirements
- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, decision-making authority, and buying intent
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other approved communication channels
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the Business Development or Sales team to move qualified opportunities forward
- Handle initial objections, answer client queries, and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate call records, prospect databases, follow-up schedules,



and sales pipeline updates in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets, qualified lead targets, appointment targets, and sales objectives
- Build a consistent pipeline of potential clients and contribute to overall business growth

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, IT sales, or B2B business development preferred. Experience selling IT services, website development, or software solutions will be an added advantage.
