Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

WeSynapse is looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to help businesses grow online. You will work on social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing, with a focus on generating relevant enquiries and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars and write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create marketing content.
- Perform keyword research and optimise website pages, blogs, and Google Business Profiles.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including targeting, tracking, and optimisation.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead quality.
- Prepare reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across client accounts.

Requirements





- Practical knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Good written communication and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects.
- Previous agency experience is an advantage. Freshers with relevant projects, internships, or a robust portfolio are welcome.
