Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call etiquette.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Achieve assigned performance targets and follow company procedures.

Candidate Requirements
