Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Tender Executive** to manage the complete tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private-sector tenders on platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.

- Prepare and submit tender applications, bids, quotations, and required documentation.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Technical, and Management teams for tender-related requirements.

- Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other bid-related formalities.

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, deadlines, and results.

- Track tender openings, technical evaluations, financial bids, and award status.

- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and submission requirements.





- Follow up on pending tenders and maintain a tender database and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification will be preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in tender management or tender documentation.

- Practical knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government e-tendering portals.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.

- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of EMD, BG, technical bids, and financial bids will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in **battery manufacturing, electrical equipment, energy storage, power electronics, or industrial products** will be preferred.

Corporate Office, Sector 73, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Type

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
