Job Summary

We are seeking a highly structured and tech-savvy Integrated Facility Services (IFS) Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional property operations and modern facility technology. You will be responsible for designing data-driven, automated workflows that seamlessly connect Soft Services (janitorial, waste management) and Security Operations with building IoT devices, smart sensors, and CAFM/IWMS software.

Key Responsibilities

* SOP Design & Architecture: Research, draft, and implement comprehensive, end-to-end SOPs that integrate Soft Services and Security with advanced technology frameworks.

* Process Automation & Mapping: Transform static schedules into automated, demand-based workflows (e.g., predictive cleaning models via IoT sensors, AI-triggered security responses, and automated visitor systems).

* CAFM/IWMS Integration: Partner with our IT and Facility Tech teams to ensure platform configurations (e.g., ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, or proprietary tools) accurately trigger, route, and close out tasks as dictated by the SOPs.

* SLA & KPI Benchmarking: Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the workflows to hold both internal teams and third-party vendors accountable.* Training & Change Management: Conduct training rollouts for ground-level facility staff, technicians,



and security personnel to ensure rapid adoption of tech-integrated protocols.

* Audits & Continuous Improvement: Periodically audit operational compliance against documented SOPs, gather data insights, and refine processes to maximize labor efficiency and cost savings.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience: 5+ years of experience in property operations, corporate real estate, or premium facility management, with a proven track record of writing detailed operational processes.

* Tech Capability: Direct experience working with modern facility software (CAFM, IWMS, or CMMS), smart building sensors, IoT networks, or AI-powered access control and CCTV systems.

* Core Skills: Exceptional technical writing capabilities in English, analytical process mapping, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional service teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
