About the role
Visit customer sites (homes, shops, offices) to attend to service complaints logged in our system. You will diagnose and repair inverters, UPS units, batteries and solar systems, and update the job status after every visit.
Key responsibilities
- Attend assigned service complaints at customer sites within the committed time
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
- Coordinate with the service office and warehouse for spares
- Behave professionally and keep the customer’s premises tidy and update complaint status, parts used and customer feedback in our app
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Electrical or Electronics background (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of inverters, UPS, batteries (lead-acid / lithium) or solar systems
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license and Smartphone
- Good communication in Malayalam; basic English is a plus
- Freshers with a good attitude may apply. We train you from scratch in inverters, UPS, batteries, solar and power electronics, with hands-on field experience, a explicit growth path to Senior Technician or Service Engineer.
