- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain skilled communication and follow established process guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of international customer service experience.
- BPO Experience: Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
- Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
