Snusha Luxury Couture is a luxury clothing brand focused on premium fashion, sophisticated design, and an elevated customer experience. We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially driven 360° Marketing Manager to lead the brand's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, expand customer reach, and drive business growth across retail and digital channels.

- Showroom footfall and customer appointment generation.

- Influencer and PR campaign effectiveness.
- Customer retention and repeat-purchase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Build a distinctive luxury brand identity and consistent brand communication.
- Plan marketing campaigns around collection launches, festive seasons, wedding seasons, and fashion trends.
- Research competitors, target audiences, market trends, and customer preferences.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

- Lead digital marketing across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and relevant online platforms.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified enquiries, store visits, appointments, and sales.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, fashion shoots, reels, campaign creatives, and brand storytelling.




- Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, and conversions.

3. Retail Marketing & Sales Growth

- Develop strategies to increase showroom footfall, customer conversion, and retail revenue.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing enquiries into purchases.
- Plan collection launches, exclusive previews, festive campaigns, and in-store brand experiences.
- Explore partnerships with wedding planners, stylists, luxury lifestyle businesses, and relevant retail partners.

4. Influencer Marketing, PR & Brand Collaborations

- Build relationships with fashion influencers, celebrities, stylists, designers, and media partners.
- Plan influencer campaigns, celebrity styling, editorial shoots, and fashion collaborations.
- Manage public relations and brand visibility while maintaining a premium luxury image.

6. E-commerce & Omnichannel Growth

- Support online sales growth through the brand website and relevant digital sales channels.
- Improve the customer journey from discovery and enquiry to purchase.
- Coordinate product photography, collection listings, campaign launches, and website content.
- Integrate online marketing with showroom sales and customer engagement.

7. Team, Agency & Budget Management

- Lead the marketing team and manage external agencies, designers, photographers, and vendors.
- Prepare and control marketing budgets and campaign investments.
- Establish timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and performance standards.
- Present regular marketing reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
