Antidote Cafe is a creative, moody, community-first cafe in Current BEL Road, North Bangalore. We’re known for slow mornings, calm and inspiring creative atmosphere, and a space where regulars become friends. Our coffee bar is small, busy, and built around cold brews, cold foams, experimental coffee mocktails, other refreshers, and speciality coffee.

Role summary

Make great drinks and great moments at our counter. You'll carry out daily beverage operations with care, and grow your skills under the Head Barista.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso drinks, cold drinks, teas, and specials to recipe and presentation standards
- Take orders, record custom requests accurately, and pass allergen notes to the kitchen
- Keep the counter, grinders, steam wand, and milk fridge clean and stocked
- Handle opening and closing tasks, including restocking cups, milk, syrups, and beans
- Follow portion, waste,



and hygiene guidelines
- Greet guests warmly, remember regulars' orders, and mention events and specials naturally
- Support the cashier and floor team during rush hours

Requirements

- 6 months - 2 years as a barista or in a cafe
- Basics of espresso, milk steaming, and drink preparation
- Warm, patient, and friendly with guests
- Punctual, reliable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable with weekends, events, and late evenings

Nice to have: SCA or barista training, latte art portfolio, POS familiarity, interest in specialty coffee

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
