Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial building construction projects in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, labour management, contractors, materials, drawings, quality control, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed safely, correctly, and according to project schedules and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities from foundation to finishing and handover.
- Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Read and understand architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check workmanship and identify construction defects or quality issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.
- Plan daily manpower requirements and allocate work to workers and contractors.
- Monitor and track cement, steel, sand, aggregates, blocks, tiles, and other construction materials.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper storage of materials at the site.
- Monitor measurements and coordinate with contractors regarding work quantities.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work-progress updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, delays, and issues to management.




- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and coordination problems.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
- Coordinate activities between civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing, painting, and other trades where required.
- Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and professional manner.
- Support project completion, snag rectification, and final handover.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial building construction.
- Solid practical knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Good understanding of construction materials and workmanship.
- Ability to independently supervise workers and contractors.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in premium residential construction or interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
