WE’RE HIRING | Performance Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns, grow social media presence, build and optimize websites, and drive e-commerce sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, content calendars, audience engagement, and brand growth.
- Website Development: Create, manage, and optimize websites, preferably using WordPress or Shopify.
- Creative Design: Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- E-commerce Management: Manage online stores, product listings, catalogues, promotions, and sales optimization.
- Amazon Ads Management: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, keyword research, bid optimization, ACoS/TACoS tracking,



and sales performance.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating marketing creatives.
- Working knowledge of website development and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC advertising.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
