Salary Range: 25K (per month)

We are looking for a proactive candidate who can support our business expansion activities across Chennai and other locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and potential locations for expansion.
- Visit shopping malls, high-street properties and other commercial locations.
- Meet mall management teams, property owners and business partners to explore opportunities.
- Build relationships, follow up on leads and negotiate commercial terms.
- Conduct market visits to assess potential locations and business prospects.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Candidate Requirements

- Good knowledge of Chennai and its major commercial areas.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Robust communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and negotiations.
- Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, real estate or retail leasing will be an added advantage.
