Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as RPA Developers. The ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), an interest in automation technologies, and a willingness to learn and develop automation solutions using UiPath.

Candidates will receive opportunities to work on automation projects, develop technical skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and identifying automation opportunities.
- Develop automation workflows using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines.
- Learn and implement exception handling, logging, and debugging techniques.
- Work with Excel, DataTables, files, folders, and web applications.
- Assist in developing automation solutions using UiPath REFramework.
- Support queue and asset management using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining automation solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Follow coding standards and automation best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio and RPA concepts.
- Understanding of variables, arguments, data types, and control flow.




- Familiarity with Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel automation and DataTables.
- Understanding of exception handling using Try Catch activities.
- Basic knowledge of selectors and UI automation.
- Familiarity with Orchestrator concepts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of VB.NET and SQL is preferred.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant UiPath training, certification, academic projects, or practical automation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a robust interest in RPA and automation technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- UiPath Academy training or certification.
- Knowledge of REFramework.
- Hands-on experience with small automation projects.
- Familiarity with Git or Azure Repos.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing.
