Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, cold hiring, headhunting, and recruitment for both staff-level and managerial positions.

The candidate should be proficient in using social media platforms and online job portals to attract suitable candidates, build talent pipelines, and fulfill recruitment requirements within the stipulated timelines. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Handle bulk recruitment for various departments and positions as per business requirements.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, including college visits, placement activities, and candidate selection.
- Recruit candidates for staff-level, executive, supervisory, and managerial positions.
- Conduct cold hiring, headhunting, and proactive talent sourcing to identify suitable candidates.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Create and publish attractive job advertisements on social media platforms and recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job specifications and recruitment priorities.




- Negotiate salary packages, manage candidate expectations, and support offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleges, placement officers, and external recruitment agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, headhunting, and candidate sourcing.
- Experience recruiting for both staff-level and managerial positions.
- Practical knowledge of digital job advertising, social media recruitment, and online job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking systems.

- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Strong networking and talent-sourcing abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume recruitment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to coordinate with colleges, candidates, and hiring managers as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
