Position: Legal Executive
Location: Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:
Scantech Laser Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, handle contracts, and provide legal and administrative support to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company laws, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in reviewing vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, and purchase agreements.
- Maintain legal records, company documents, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support HR in employment contracts, appointment letters, disciplinary notices, and employee separation documentation.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes, preparing documentation, and tracking legal cases.




- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal documentation, corporate compliance, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of contract management, company documentation, and applicable labour laws.
- Robust drafting, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management.

Preferred Profile: A responsible and organized professional with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple legal and compliance activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
