About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of our projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and site teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing designs, drawings, and project plans using AutoCAD and other tools
- Carry out site visits, inspections, and surveys, and monitor day-to-day site work
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements
- Check that work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation
- Support quality checks and material testing

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in office and travel as needed
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with STAAD Pro, Revit, or MS Project is a plus
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and IS codes
