Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month
Expected In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹27,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in international travel processes to join our TUI customer support team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle travel-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to international travel bookings, reservations, and travel services.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary-related concerns, as per process guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions through designated customer support channels.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process-specific procedures.




- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Travel Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office and in assigned shifts.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month.
- In-hand: Approximately ₹27,000 per month, subject to salary structure and deductions.
