Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience and Experience in hospitals/ skin clinics

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who understands both HR and Operations and can manage people as well as day-to-day business operations effectively.

What we’re looking for:

* 3+ years of relevant, verifiable work experience in both HR Management and Operations Management.

* A consistent career history with *no employment gaps*.

* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations.

* Knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labour law compliance.

* Strong communication, leadership,



and problem-solving skills.

* The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle operations efficiently.

* Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry will be an added advantage.

*What will you be responsible for?

From managing the employee lifecycle and HR administration to coordinating operations, improving processes, and supporting workforce planning, you’ll play an important role in building a well-organized and productive workplace.

A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
