Roles & Responsibilities-

- Own and administer the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all sales-related data.
- Govern CRM processes including lead management, enquiry tracking, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and order closures.
- Develop, maintain, and circulate comprehensive Sales MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators such as targets versus achievement, conversion ratios, order ageing, and pending follow-ups.
- Provide structured backend support to the sales team for quotations, sales orders, pricing documentation, and commercial records.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, dispatch, accounts, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and closure.
- Track order status, billing, dispatch schedules, and customer payment progress through CRM and internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to internal sales policies, approval matrices, and documentation standards.




- Provide analytical insights and data support for sales reviews, audits, forecasting, and management presentations.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the sales team and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Skills

- Solid expertise in CRM management and sales data governance
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for MIS preparation, analytics, and dashboard reporting
- Solid understanding of end-to-end sales operations and commercial processes
- High analytical capability with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
