Are you passionate about pickleball and ready to lead an academy, develop players, and build a strong coaching team? We’re looking for a Head Pickleball Coach who combines playing ability, coaching expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day coaching activities at the pickleball academy.
Coach players from beginner to advanced and competitive levels.
Develop structured training programmes and coaching curriculums.
Assess player performance and create individual development plans.
Mentor and supervise assistant coaches.
Support student admissions, player engagement, and academy growth.
Help organise tournaments, competitions, and player development activities.
Maintain strong communication with players, parents,



and academy management.

Requirements
Graduate preferred, but not mandatory.
2–4 years of coaching experience in pickleball or other racquet sports.
Demonstrated playing ability and strong understanding of the game.
Recognised coaching certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and player-management skills.
Ability to independently grow an academy and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
