Pratham Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR professional with 2+ of experience to manage end-to-end human resource operations across both the head office and regional branch locations. Reporting directly to the General Manager - HR & Finance, you will oversee recruitment, employee engagement and recognition programs, capability building and training activities, payroll management, and multi-location HR policy enforcement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
