Rage Capz Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides technology-focused services in Robotics, STEM Education, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, IoT, technical training, workshops, and student project development.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our business, build strong client relationships, and promote our technical education services to schools, colleges, and other potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other organizations.
- Promote robotics and STEM lab setups, educational programs, workshops, internships, technical training, and student project development services.
- Schedule client meetings, present company proposals, and explain our services effectively.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert opportunities into business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and educational events.




- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Work towards achieving assigned marketing and sales targets.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with school management, college authorities, and prospective clients.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotional activities when required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
