- 8–15 years of experience in IT operations, ERP project delivery, or software services management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycles and ERP implementation processes.
- Drive ERP sales and business development for SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, and customized ERP solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in domestic and international markets.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, business owners, CFOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.




- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution presentations, estimations, and project discussions.
- Build strategic partnerships with ERP consultants, implementation partners, and referral networks.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and sales forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for ERP implementation, support, upgrades, customization, and integration services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
